Greeting

Thank you very much for visiting Eisui's official website.
I have a studio in Hayakawa-cho, Yamanashi Prefecture, the smallest town in Japan, located at the foot of Mt.
From my home with its panoramic view of nature, there is not a day that goes by that I do not feel the change of the four seasons.
From this scene, I feel a robust chain of life that I could not feel when I lived in big cities such as New York or Tokyo.
Living here has humbled me and motivated me to reflect deeply on the Buddha's words and create my artwork.

As a painter, I create decorative paintings for temples and shrines to realize the wishes of priests and parishioners, and as an artist, I work as a bridge to connect with the words of Buddha.
With these two mainstays of my work, I hope to serve as a bridge for people to connect with the words of Buddha, transcending nationality, culture, and religion.

Through my paintings and activities, I hope that as many people as possible will develop the strength to get themselves together and stand up for themselves.
